Data you voluntarily send by email (such as your name, email address, company, role and message): we use it solely to reply to your enquiry and assess a possible collaboration. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) or, for proposals that are not directly pre-contractual, our legitimate interest in managing incoming correspondence (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Browsing and analytics data: only after you give consent, Google Analytics 4 collects information about visits and interactions with the website, such as pages viewed, session duration, device, browser and approximate geographic area. We use aggregated data to understand how the website is used and improve its content and performance. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Messages sent to the published address pass through the email service provider. For analytics we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. These providers process data under their respective roles and terms. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is carried out under the safeguards required by the GDPR and the provider’s applicable terms.

Messages that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, as a rule, no longer than 12 months. If a collaboration begins, data is retained for the duration of the relationship and for the legal obligations that follow.

Event data collected through Google Analytics is retained for the period configured in the service property and is then automatically deleted; aggregated statistics do not directly identify individual users.

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to federica@fgbcommunications.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

The website uses technical cookies that are necessary for its operation. Google Analytics cookies are installed only after you explicitly choose to accept them. If you reject them, the Analytics script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
