The founder
Federica Grazia Bartolini
Fifteen years of international corporate communications: from Indesit — where she started in Human Resources working on employer branding — to Whirlpool, and on to Beko Europe as Head of Corporate Communications for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She lived three integrations from the inside and worked in organisations with Italian, American and Turkish parent cultures, coordinating people and projects across 35 countries.
She created the Golden Bridge® Method to communicate and lead change while building on what already works, and is the author of “Governare l’impatto dell’AI in azienda” (FrancoAngeli, 2026). Member of FERPI, the Italian Federation of Public Relations. Degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica, Milan.
She brings the same themes on stage, into universities and onto her blog. Her thinking, books and articles live on her personal website; the work with companies lives here.
How we work as a team
The team forms around the problem.
For every engagement, we define responsibilities, team composition, ways of working and information handling in advance. Federica retains strategic direction and the client relationship. For change management engagements, FGB Communications brings HR, organisational development and learning expertise into the team according to the needs of the project.
The model
One pair of hands
Strategy and materials made by the same person: the plan does not get lost between those who think and those who execute.
Experience from the inside
We handled integrations, announcements and crises as employees, not only as consultants. We know what happens the day after.
Multinational structure, small-team agility
Method and standards learned in large organisations, applied with the speed a mid-sized company expects.
